A pair of Scarpa armchairs from the Artona series with wooden structure and fabric upholstery. Designed in 1975, these cubic chairs were pushing the boundaries of innovation in craftsmanship with wood, where the walnut is inlaid with dark lines of wood. Due to the highly skilled, labour intensive nature of production, only a limited number of the Artona chairs were ever produced.
