Project: Atelier LK x MATCHESFASHION for Frieze NY

In May 2022, Atelier LK partnered with MATCHESFASHION during their New York residency for Frieze Week. The studio was invited to curate the art and design in the MATCHESFASHION Upper East Side townhouse. Exploring the convergence between art, design and fashion in an immersive shopping experience, Atelier LK brought together an inspiring line-up of artists and designers alongside rare 20th Century furniture. The curation included contemporary works from New York designers such as Ian Felton, Minjae Kim, Kiva Motnyk and Studio Poa, displayed in conversation with important French modernist furniture from Planet Earth LLC.
